The History Department has four full-time faculty members. LAWSON BOWLING teaches primarily 20th Century American history and the history of Italy. He was educated at Emory, Pennsylvania, and Columbia Universities. MOHAMED MBODJ teaches African history and is Director of the African Studies Program. He was educated at Dakar and Paris Universities. COLIN MORRIS
teaches colonial and nineteenth-century United IRENE WHELAN teaches modern European history and is Director of the Irish Studies Program. She was educated at the National University of Ireland, Galway and the University of Wisconsin.

JUSTIN teaches medieval European history and is THERESA KELLEHER
teaches East Asian history. A member of DON RICHARDS teaches American immigration history and is Associate Dean of the School of Graduate & Professional Studies. He was educated at Fordham, Long Island, and Notre Dame Universities. BABOUCARR SAHO
