All participants in the Environment category should plan to arrive for
registration and set up no later than 9:00am, all entrants in the Health category by
9:30am, and in the Technology category by 10:00am, in the East Room of the Benziger
building on Saturday. This exhibition will be open for our
community from 10am until 3:30pm. If you choose to leave after the judging period, you may
dismantle any displays or equipment, but must leave the poster standing to allow judges to
revisit. Please make arrangements for poster pickup after 3:30pm or after the awards
ceremony. The judging will begin at 9:30am for the first session, 10:00 for the second,
and 10:30 for the third session. The judges will ask each student to briefly describe the
project and answer some questions. Due to the number of entrants this year, we ask that
you keep your description under 5 minutes. The judges will circulate in groups but will
evaluate each project individually. The length of the judging period
will depend on the number of entrants in each category.
