MICROSOFT TUITION SCHOLARSHIPS

Purpose:   

To support students interested in pursuing a career in the software industry

 

Fields of Study:

Computer Science or Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics

Eligibility: 

To qualify, a candidate must:  

1.      be a full-time Undergraduate student enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program at a college in the United States, Canada, or Mexico

2.      be making satisfactory progress toward an Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering;  students in a related technical discipline, such as Math or Physics, with a demonstrated interest in Computer Science, may also apply

3.      have a cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0 

4.      must display a commitment to leadership and demonstrate financial need

Award:  

The scholarship covers up to 100% of the tuition for the 2007-2008 academic year as posted by the financial aid office of college.  The scholarship may be used for tuition only and not for other costs on the recipient’s bursar bill, such as room and board.  

Campus Deadline:
