At the beginning of each semester, we need to collect certain information from you.  This form is specifically for those who DID NOT TRAVEL outside of the U.S. during the break. Just fill out this form and submit it electronically.  By participating, I will know you are here (yes, EVEN if I have seen you in the hallway) and can REPORT your PRESENCE to the USCIS (formerly the INS) - which I am required to do at the start of each semester.  If you are not reported within 20 days of the semester start, your SEVIS record puts a FLAG on your file.... no fun the next time coming through the airport.
